Weird but catchy music?

Been following this band for a little while and just saw this video of theirs on youtube. The music is really not like anything I've ever heard, and although it's really unusual, it's oddly catchy! the song is Courtship Dating by Crystal Castles.

    I don't think they fit into any genre as such, but I think they're usually classed as an electro band, or electro-punk. Haven't found anything else like them yet
